Processing<\/strong>: (I) Web inquiries. (II) Legal advice and procedural representation. (III) Administrative management (IV) Accounting, tax and commercial management. (V) Regulatory compliance advice. (VI) Attention to privacy rights of interested parties.<\/p>\n

Purpose<\/strong>: (I) Handling requests received through the Website. (II) Management of files related to the provision of legal advisory services. (III) Administrative management involving collections, payments, and relationship with clients and suppliers. (IV) Preparation of official accounting and calculation, presentation and settlement of taxes, preparation of commercial documents such as balance sheets and reports. (V) Management of files related to regulatory compliance service. (VI) Handle requests for exercise of rights related to personal data, as well as security violations that may affect the rights and freedoms of interested parties.<\/p>\n

Retention Period<\/strong>: (I) The necessary period to address the request, as well as while responsibilities that may derive from them last. LAWROOMSPAIN, SL has appropriate policies and technical and organizational measures to safeguard and protect your personal data against illegal or unauthorized access, accidental loss or destruction, damage, and illegal or unauthorized use and disclosure.<\/p>\n

Under certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defense of claims. Under certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. LAWROOMSPAIN, SL will cease processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims. Likewise, you can exercise the right to data portability, as well as revoke any consent you have provided. You may exercise these rights by sending a request to the email address lpa@lawroomspain.com<\/a>, attaching some document that proves your identity, and clearly indicating the right you want to exercise. Finally, we inform you that you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights.<\/p>\n
