INFORMATION CLAUSE In compliance with the principles of lawfulness and transparency in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (RGPD), LAWROOMSPAIN, SL, with NIF B76116433 and email address http://lawroomspain.com/es/ informs you of the characteristics of the processing of personal data carried out under its responsibility: Processing: (I) Web consultations.
(II) Legal advice and procedural representation.
(III) Administrative management.
(IV) Accounting, tax and commercial management.
(V) Advice on regulatory compliance.
(VI) Attention of privacy rights of interested parties. Purpose: (I) Attention of requests received through the Web.
(II) Management of files related to the provision of legal advisory services.
(III) Administrative management involving collections and payments and relations with clients and suppliers.
(IV) Preparation of official accounting and calculation, filing and settlement of taxes, preparation of business documents, such as balance sheets and reports.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONDisclosure to third parties As in the previous cases, the data we disclose to third parties is always limited to the minimum necessary. What security measures do we apply to personal data? LAWROOMSPAIN, SL has appropriate policies and technical and organizational measures in place to safeguard and protect your personal data against unlawful or unauthorized access, accidental loss or destruction, damage, unlawful or unauthorized use and disclosure.
We will also take all reasonable precautions to ensure that our staff and employees who have access to your personal data have received appropriate training.  

What are your rights as a data subject? You have the right to request the deletion of your data when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not LAWROOMSPAIN, SL is processing your personal data. You have the right to access your personal data and obtain a copy of them, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected. In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. LAWROOMSPAIN, SL will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.You may also exercise the right to data portability, as well as revoke the consents you have provided. You may exercise these rights by sending a request to the email lpa@lawroomspain.com attaching a document proving your identity, and clearly indicating the right you want to exercise. Finally indicate that you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights.
